Topics include urban living & ROI (return on investment), Why is urban living important to economic development? What is Livability and why you should care, Why love your downtown a whole brunch & What do you want to get out of brunch based discussions? YOU will be the star of BUILDrgv's Sunday brunch based discussions. 

Speakers:

Mark S. Peña a lawyer, cyclist, and former opera singer along with his wife Michelle an HR Director at a McAllen nursing home and rehabilitation center will present a power point on "Livability". Michelle Peña is a native of Austin, TX and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Visual Communications and minor in Art History.

Cesar Villarreal, a broker and entrepreneur will present his version of ROI for investing in urban living.

Pedro Ayala will crunch the numbers on urban living and ROI using common sense and not too technical, afterall it is a Sunday brunch but you will come out with more in your belly and more tools in your toolshed. Do you have a story to tell about living in downtown or a historic district? Why did you choose that place?
